VALENCIA, CA – October 2, 2019 – Applied Companies has been awarded an IDIQ contract of up to $6.5 million over five years in support of the U.S. Army’s Warrior Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) by the Defense Logistics Agency. The award was announced September 25th and is significant as it adds to Applied Companies’ history of supporting the WIN-T Program which has been described as the ‘backbone’ of the U.S. Army’s battlefield network.
In 2015, Applied Companies was recognized for excellence in support of the WIN-T Program. Mr. Chris Mazzeli, President of General Dynamics Mission Systems, is quoted saying, “Applied Companies provides a unique and highly specialized HVAC system for the WIN-T program, and we are recognizing them today based on their efforts to meet and exceed program schedule needs while maintaining a high level of quality and product support.”
