The largest annual display of land power in North America and a professional development forum has been drawing Army leaders and soldiers from around the world for over 30 years. Secretary of the Army Mark T. Esper declared the 2018 AUSA exposition to be “very successful”. Deputy Secretary of Defense Patrick M. Shanahan, a former defense and aerospace executive, mentioned during the event “I developed relationships early on that I draw upon today,” he said, thanking industry representatives for taking part in this meeting. The Applied Companies team had the opportunity to speak to professionals throughout the government, industry and academia to include reviewing over 700+ fellow exhibitors to obtain significant insights on the latest equipment, products and materials.
