Salary Range salary range is $90,000 – $125,000 / YR Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage multiple programs to ensure compliance to customer requirements while maintaining strict adherence to cost and schedule performance goals. Role requires hands-on program financial control experience.
  • Analyze customer requirements including proposal, specifications. statements of work, and terms &
  • conditions to identify opportunities and risks throughout the life of assigned programs (proposal to post-delivery support).
  • Closely coordinate with Directors of Engineering and Operations to ensure all assigned programs are executed to plan.
  • Represent company as primary point of customer contact for all assigned programs.
  • Manage, prepare and execute internal and external design reviews.
  • Coordinate, generate, prepare and submit data deliverables (CDRLs/SDRLs) to customer.
  • Collect, track, analyze and report on cost, schedule, and technical metrics to assess program health.
  • Coordinate and monitor invoicing of assigned programs.
  • Support proposal review and development and manage follow-on business opportunities for all assigned programs, products and customers.
  • Participate as a major contributor to the improvement of program management and program financial control improvement process.
   
Salary Range $22.00 – $25.00 hourly Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Program Environmental Control Unit (ECU) electronic controls (heating, cooling, PID controls, fault conditions, etc.) using ladder logic PLC programming tool.
  • Generate Software Interface Control Documents for ethernet or serial interfaces to customer supervisory systems via industrial communications protocols and/or custom communications scripts.
  • Assist in creation of technical documentation including but not limited to (F)ATPs (test procedures), system requirements, control strategies, software ICDs (Interface Control Drawings), etc.
  • Utilize 2D CAD programs such as AutoCAD or DraftSight to develop control system schematics.
  • Create, test, and debug equipment along with all integrated devices to ensure proper functionality.
  • Install and test programs in a manufacturing environment.
  • Complete engineering change notices, design modifications, and software updates.
  • Maintain server room equipment and networking components.
  • Configure computer workstations, phone system, and ECU programable components.
  • Support personnel from all departments as the need arises with I.T. service.
  • Research, collect data, and critically select new parts, components, peripherals for ECU equipment, and I.T. related hardware.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce documentation verifying design conformance to customer requirements (CDRLs, SDRLs, etc.)
  • Create and maintain compliance matrices in a DoD contracting environment.
  • Create documentation supporting technical proposals, and proof-of-design analyses.
  • Understand and interpret technical drawings, product models, controls, and operating modes of electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Write technical analyses for, and oversee, MIL-STD product testing.
  • Review customer-provided technical specifications and other relevant data for design inclusion.
  • Manage multiple concurrent developmental efforts.
  • Create product technical (operation and maintenance) manuals, and test procedures.
  • Recommend alternate design approaches that maintain conformance and function at lower cost and/or complexity.
  • Develop templates for reports and procedures, and other documentation.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create 3D models and drawings for development of new products.
  • Create product technical (operation and maintenance) manuals, and test procedures.
  • Create compliance matrices for customers in a DoD contracting environment.
  • Write technical analyses for and oversee Mil-STD product testing.
  • Create piping diagrams and electrical schematics.
  • Create documentation to support technical proposals, and proof-of-design analyses.
  • Specify/select critical product components.
  • Process engineering changes and drawing updates.
  • Create and manage BOMs (bills of materials) for new and legacy products.
  • Manage multiple concurrent developmental efforts.
  • Perform sustaining engineering for legacy products.
  • Support product troubleshooting and customer service inquiries.
  • Review and address customer requirements during new product development.
  • Develop new ideas and design improvements to improve productivity and reduce cost.
  • Review customer-provided technical specifications and all other design input data for inclusion in product design. Interpret and comprehend all pertinent information for various types of thermal management systems, including HVAC, chillers and heat exchangers in the development of competitive and state-of-the-art designs.
  • Perform mechanical and structural calculations, prepare design details, generate design breakdowns, produce fabrication drawings, perform relevant code calculations, prepare performance curves.
  • Interact with personnel throughout organization in support of manufacturing, sales, procurement and quality assurance functions.
